The oil spill crisis in the Gulf Of Mexico is an unprecedented ecological disaster that will impact coastal communities in the region. On Saturday night at 11p Eastern, Fuse will air GULF AID, a benefit concert featuring Lenny Kravitz, Mos Def, and John Legend.
The performances took place on May 15 and 16 in Alabama, Mississippi, and Louisiana. GULF AID: Concert For The Coast aims to raise awareness about the devastating effects of the spill and also raise funds for organizations focused on wetlands and coastal environment issues as well as the regional seafood industry. #Quote
